The Sisters and Brothers Community Choir

The Sisters and Brothers Choir is an inclusive, fun choir whose members share a love of uplifting gospels, cheeky blues and soulful classics such as Hit The Road Jack, People Get Ready, Jesus On The Mainline.

We sing in a safe and supportive environment, and invite others of all abilities including beginners, who love to sing in a group situation.

When are the sessions?

The sessions are held every Monday evening during the school terms at the Yarralumla Uniting Church from 7:15pm till 8.45pm.  All participants are required to follow Government protection guidelines for Covid 19. 

Cost

$180 per term ($150 concession).

The sessions include:

  • A free tryout session
  • Tips on technique, warm ups, rounds.
  • All arrangements and practice audios

Your choir leader, Juanita Cucinotta is a qualified teacher, music coach, professional musician, arranger and song writer who has a deep passion for her work in bringing music into the lives of all.

Juanita teaches with a generosity and warmth that makes you feel at ease with your voice whilst giving some tips and guidance to help develop it further.

Juanita believes that anyone can learn to sing, at any age. All you need is your desire!
